As Founder and Group CEO, Nicholas works with the Verztec team globally in helping customers set and meet their multilingual communication technology goals.
Nicholas was presented the Spirit of Enterprise Award in 2010, Asia-Pacific Entrepreneurship Award under the Outstanding Category as well as The Entrepreneur of the Year (EYA) in 2014 (ASME and Rotary Club of Singapore) under the Established Entrepreneur Category with Special Merits for Social Contribution. In 2016, Nicholas was also presented the TOYP (Ten Outstanding Young Persons of the World) Award for Business, Economic and Entrepreneurial Accomplishment by JCI – Junior Chamber International.
Nicholas currently serves as Chairman of Life Community Services Society (LCSS), Board Member of Sim Lim Tower Committee, Finance Committee Member of the National Volunteer & Philanthropy Center (NVPC), Council Member of WAF (Workforce Advancement Federation), Finance Board Member of The Rice Company Ltd and Board Member of Global Cultural Alliance (GCA).
Nicholas is also the board member of the National Translation Committee (NTC) set up by Ministry of Communications and Information, to look at plans to enhance Whole of Government translation and communication capabilities for Singapore.
Prior to Verztec, Nicholas held technical and management positions at several Technology MNCs. Nicholas holds a 2nd Uppers Honors Degree, in Computing with Management, from the University of Bradford, UK.
